- End Users (Audience/Subscriber): End users consent by signing up and, when applicable, by sending a text message to a creator’s linked phone number. This act both grants access to the creator’s bio page and signifies consent to receive SMS marketing and transactional messages.
- Regulatory Compliance: Where required by TCPA (U.S.) and CASL (Canada), we obtain and record explicit consent for SMS communications.
- Age: Our services are intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. We perform a basic check to ensure compliance; however, no additional age verification measures are implemented.

Infrastructure:- Data is stored on AWS (US-based) servers, with additional protection provided by Cloudflare and Supabase.
- Analytics and other non-personal data are managed via Builder.io and other approved services.
- Personal data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- In the event of a security breach, we will notify affected users as soon as reasonably possible and in compliance with the minimum requirements under US state laws and Canadian PIPEDA. We are not liable for breaches due solely to third-party provider failures unless caused by our negligence.

- By sending a text message to a creator’s linked phone number, you consent to receive SMS marketing and transactional messages.
- Only users aged 18 and older may opt in, and users may opt out at any time by texting STOP to the designated number.
- Our SMS practices comply with TCPA (U.S.) and CASL (Canada).
